Where We're Watching 650

JWW analyzes the risk of genocide of each country worldwide annually. Degree of risk is determined by the
presence or degree of seven factors that have proven to be significant in historical cases of genocide: prior
genocide, risk of instability, the presence of ethnically polarized elites, exclusionary ideology, type of regime,
trade openness and the presence of targets of state-led discrimination. Below are the highest-risk countries
