The 5th Annual Conejo Valley Walk to End Genocide took place Sunday, May 7, 2017, and was a huge success. We want to thank all those who braved the weather and came out to take one step at a time to fight genocide and mass atrocities, and those who supported the Walk but could not be there. Thanks also to event organizers Michael Lysobey and Rebecca Haimowitz-King, Thousand Oaks Mayor Claudia Bill-de la Peña for her beautiful words and skilled ribbon cutting, Shofar Blower par excellence Ron Goldstein, Rabbi Spiegel and all clergy who led us in the recitation of Shehechyanu (and special thanks to Rabbi Li-Paz for leading the singing repetition).
